I learned a lot from this book. I summarized that procrastinating is a kind of APATHY glued on to you. You don't care to some degree until its too late. When you're a child and you want to go outside and play you dont procrastinate. As an adult want to go see the guys or go shopping (!) And there is NO procrastination. As you get up to the duties you have to do that you feel even a trace of doubt for you tend to procrastinate. I know some people that dont procrastinate hardly ever and its exciting to see. I adopted a method where I pretend a punishment will "come to me" if I don't do some duty or chore as planned and with excitement AND THAT WORKED FOR ME! I now get up earlier and go exercise I'm supposed to be doing. God/the universe met me half way and my doctor decided to assign me to physical therapy so now I'm forced to get in shape.!
